Who Should Attend
Anyone wishing to manage stress through a greater understanding and control of emotions, and improve overall mental and physical health. Participants will learn how to employ self-care techniques to cultivate personal and professional resilience as well as strategies for relating to challenging situations. Outcomes include revitalized personal and professional purpose, enhanced concentration and executive function (planning, decision-making and impulse control). Previous experience with mindfulness is not required.
This 20-hour program is delivered in a workshop setting, consisting of eight 2-hour sessions, a 4-hour silent retreat, and requires home practice. Classes are limited to 12 participants.
Fee: $350 (+HST)
You must provide a minimum of 5 business days’ notice prior to the program’s start date to receive the full tuition less a $50 fee. If you provide less than 5 business days’ notice prior to the start date of a program, no refund will be issued. Once the program has begun no refunds will be issued.
